Which classes/levels are you currently recruiting?

We are currently recruiting players level 55 and up, provided you are someone who is interested in raiding with us when you do hit level 60.

Monday & Wednesday: 21:00-00:00 Server Time (9-12 Eastern, 8-11 Central, 6-9 Pacific)

What loot distribution system are you using?

We use DKP via silent bidding, to keep track of and distribute dkp we use MonolithDKP addon.
DKP distribution is done by "On Time", "Boss Kill", "Raid Completion", and finally "First Kill" for the first time we down a boss.

Starting with zero: We do all we can to make sure gear is not wasted so if a new member joins and has 0 DKP and an item drops that they can use and no one else needs it then the item will default to the new player for the minimum value.

Why Incision?

Our 15 member core has played together for over 14 years. In the vanilla/TBC/WOTLK days, we all experienced "hardcore" raiding 5+ days a week and cleared the content rather rapidly. Primarily due to age/life, those days are over, but our mindset of quickly clearing content when we do raid remains the same. If you are someone who wants to join a guild of more mature members, who do have lives outside of the game, and are not of the instant gratification mindset, you will love playing with us.
